Although Mac OS X 10.4.11 has not been tested or qualified by Digidesign, the only known issue at this time has to do with Pro Tools failure to launch in some cases due to improper prebinding.Note Added March 14, 2008, ProTools M-Powered version 7.4cs3 now supports Fast Track Ultra.

Fixed: Unplugging the Fast Track Ultra 8R while streaming audio from iTunes could disable all USB ports until restarting the computer.

Note that Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan (or later) is not compatible and will not be qualified.
